Make the pool water as warm as you want
With a heated pool, you don't have to shiver when you enter the water. Do you like your water very warm? Then you heat the pool very high, but not as hot? Then you can let the temperature drop to the temperature you want.
Choose a heating system tailored to your pool
When you choose a pool heater, you will always be told what type of pool it is intended for (built-in or above-ground pool).
Also the amount of cubic water that the heating is best suited for. It makes no sense to buy a heat pump of a lower wattage because it is cheaper, on the contrary! If the heat pump has to provide too much energy and does not have a margin, it will consume a lot and may still not reach the desired temperature.
Heating with the sun
To heat your pool for FREE, you can use solar energy. To use solar energy you can opt for the solar panel/mat of Intex. Both products are easily heated by the sun, partly due to their back colour. The solar panels are heated by the sun, the pool water flows through the Intex mat and is heated. The mats are best placed at ground level and are easy to connect. Heat with electricity and the outside air
To heat with the sun, there must be sun. Heating a large pool with electricity alone could be very expensive. To make use of nature and electricity, you can choose a heat pump. With a heat pump you heat the pool in an environmentally friendly and energy efficient way. A heat pump works like a refrigerator in your kitchen, but in reverse. A refrigerator deals with heat, cold and temperature in a very clever way. A heat pump extracts 80% of its heat from the air and 20% from electricity. Intex heat pumps offer a choice between the Hot Splash for smaller pools and Sun Spring for slightly larger pools.
