Aroma jar rosemary for sauna or infrared
The aroma jar consists of a glass jar containing a sponge and a natural oil.
The aroma can be placed in any room.
In the sauna and/or infrared cabin, but also in the living room, bedroom, bathroom and on the toilet.
By inhaling the fragrance, it can have certain therapeutic properties for the human body, thus enhancing the beneficial effect of sauna or infrared.
For use in the infra-red cabin or small sauna:
- Place the aroma jar in the cabin and remove the lid; do this carefully so that you do not lose any aroma.
- When the temperature in the cabin is right, the room will be filled with the powerful aroma.
- Keep the lid so that you can close it if necessary, or shake the jar so that the aroma can penetrate the sponge contained in the jar again.
Rosemary: against head and joint pains associated with migraine, dizziness, the feeling of fainting, hyperactivity and low blood pressure.
